Who will roast
I’m Álvaro Souza, a Product Designer with over a decade of experience working across multiple industries and more than six countries. I’ve collaborated with companies in hospitality, fintech, e-commerce, SaaS, and enterprise platforms, and helped build and scale design teams inside large organizations.
Over the years, I’ve completed 1,000+ mentorship sessions, reviewed hundreds of portfolios, and worked closely with designers at different seniority levels. That experience gives me a very clear pattern recognition of what hiring managers look for, and what quietly gets portfolios skipped.
